Eligibility
You have to be no less than 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to sign the agreement.
In the course of using our Services, you agree that you will register by supplying true business and contact information.

Voice Calls & IVR Solutions
WhatsApp Business Messaging
Email Campaigns & Notifications
We are a technology service provider. We do not have control over the content that customers transmit through our platform.
User Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws: You shall abide by all applicable laws, which include TRAI, DoT, GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and WhatsApp Business policies.
Prohibited Use: In using our Services, you shall not transmit the following types of messages:
Spam, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
Harassment, abusive, obscene, or illegal material.
Unsolicited commercial communications without recipient consent.
Consent: You are the one who has to get the consent of the targeted audience from whom the consent is to be taken before you send any messages.
Content Ownership: You have the rights to the content you create, but you give us the right to do it on our platforms and through third-party carriers.
Payment & Billing
The services will be charged based on the price agreed upon and the usage.
Payments must be made in full and on time according to the invoice.
If the payment is not made the service is liable to be suspended or terminated.
There are no refunds for any fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service Availability
We aim for a 99% uptime, but we do not promise that the service will always be available without any interruption.
There could be several reasons for the time when the service is unavailable, such as carrier issues, an internet outage, or system maintenance.
RIO INFO TECH is not responsible for the delay or failure of the delivery of the message because of third-party networks.
Data Privacy & Security
We implement the best security measures in the industry to keep your information safe.
You, on the other hand, are the one who should upload legal and accurate data only.
There will be no selling, sharing, or misuse of the customers’ data by the service providers.
The use of our services may also require the installation of third-party APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, email providers) which are subject to their policies.
Limitation of Liability
RIO INFO TECH shall not be responsible to you for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The loss of business, revenue, or data.
Service disruptions caused by third-party service providers or carriers.
The extent of our liability shall be limited to the value of the last 3 months’ payments made for the services.
Termination
We do have the right to stop or revoke your account access in case you do not comply with these Terms or abuse the Services.
By delivering a written resignation letter at least 15 days in advance, you are able to discontinue the services.
After termination, all owed payments should be made.
Intellectual Property
The software, logos, designs, and documentation of RIO INFO TECH have not changed; they still belong to RIO INFO TECH.
You get a limited, non-exclusive license to access our platform.
Amendments
This is not the final version of these Terms.
Any updates made to the Terms and the continued use of the Services beyond the update date constitute acceptance of the updated Terms by the users.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the territory of India.
The matter of disputes will be submitted to and settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the area of [Your City/State].
By submitting the above information, you agree to receive promotional communications from our brand on different channels like RCS/SMS/Voice/WhatsApp/Email.
